1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Educational Services & Courses

We understand that our services may not meet everyone's expectations. Our refund policy for educational services is as follows:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund
  • Partial Completion: If you have completed less than 25% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund
  • 25-50% Completion: If you have completed between 25-50% of the course, you may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion
  • Over 50% Completion: No refunds are available once you have accessed more than 50% of the course materials

Consultation Services

For one-on-one consultation and coaching services:

  • Cancellation Before Service: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the session
  • Less Than 24 Hours: No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • No-Show: No refund will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice

Subscription Services

For monthly or annual subscription-based services:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for the current month
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are prorated based on unused months, minus a 15% administrative fee, if cancelled within the first 90 days
  • After 90 Days: No refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled after 90 days from purchase date

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Downloadable Content

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled differently:

  • Before Download: Full refund available if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product
  • After Download: No refunds once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed
  • Defective Products: If the digital product is defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement or full refund
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, contact us for support before requesting a refund

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Completed consultation or coaching sessions that have already taken place
  • Custom or personalized services that have been delivered
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Services purchased during special promotions or at discounted rates (unless otherwise stated)
  • Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
  • Administrative or processing fees

4. How to Request a Refund

7. Service Interruptions & Technical Issues

In the event of service interruptions or technical issues on our end:

  • We will provide alternative access methods or reschedule at no additional cost
  • If we cannot deliver the service as promised, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future services
  • Scheduled maintenance and planned downtime will be communicated in advance and will not qualify for refunds

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider:

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to services
  • We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
